  Don Nelson, President, CEO

  Don Nelson has been with Air Master Systems Corporation since 1980. Under the guidance of Don’s leadership and vision, AMS has become a premier supplier of hoods in the US for the K-14 educational market as well as the research and development, health science and industrial markets.

  Don lives in Muskegon with his wife of 25 years. They have two grown children and two granddaughters they enjoy spending time with.

  Bill Mastenbrook, Estimator

  Bill Mastenbrook started at AMS in 1980. Having completed his apprenticeship as a sheet metal journeyman at Bastion Blessing, he began working in the sheet metal division. The move into estimating combined his extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and customer service skills.

  Bill is a native of the Spring Lake area, and raised his own family there as well. One of his two grown sons also works at AMS. Bill enjoys fishing and spends much of his free time fishing competitively with the Tammy Two Professional Fishing Team.

  Ritch Olsen, Engineering Operations Manager

  Ritch Olsen has been with AMS since 1985. Starting in assembly and manufacturing, he has contributed to every step in the process of designing, building, testing and auditing fume hoods at AMS. As the Engineering Operations Manager, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility and is directly involved with design, testing and quality. Ritch holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.

  As a lifetime resident of Nunica, Michigan, Ritch enjoys the outdoors, hunting and fishing and is an avid sports enthusiast. He is married with five kids.

  Darryl Coenen, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

  Darryl has been with AMS since early 2009. He has 13 years of experience selling in the laboratory industry. Darryl has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Aspects of Conservation and a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin.

  Darryl covers the sales and marketing operations for AMS from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He brings to his position a strong follow-through and respectful, conscientious demeanor. He is enthusiastic about the opportunities with AMS and is proud to be representing a company with such a strong track record in quality and technical innovation. Darryl is especially excited about being a part of one of the first companies to offer the Green Solution Hood technology to the US.

  Darryl lives with his wife of 10 years in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They enjoy traveling and the outdoors.
